FERPA and Student Data

For educational institutions subject to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act):

Limitation of Liability

TroyLeap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Actions or content of platform users
  • Service interruptions or technical issues

Mentoring relationships are between users. TroyLeap facilitates connections but is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of mentoring sessions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms
